“Much like my other intimate photographs, I always aim to explore contemporary relationships between the body, sexuality and gender. I like the entanglement of body parts, as it lets me effectively experiment with the negative space in my compositions. Though you can not tell whose knees these are, there’s a feminine slant in the smoothness of the skin, allowing me to exhibit lesbian love from another perspective.”
