Limited Edition Prints
Each of our limited edition prints are safely rolled in acid free paper and shipped in a custom made art tube. Our prints are shipped via tracked Royal Mail courier service from London, UK. Please be aware that we ship all of our limited edition print orders once a week, typically on Mondays. We charge a £6.95 worldwide Standard Shipping rate for delivery on all orders.
Please allow 5-7 business days for orders placed within the United Kingdom and Europe, and 10-14 business days for all international orders.
Original Artworks
Each of the original artworks for sale ships directly from the respective artist’s studio. The cost of shipping will fluctuate based on the artist’s location, the buyer’s location and the weight and dimensions of the artwork. Due to the specialised nature of this purchase, we recommend getting in touch with us directly so we can personally assist you with your order.
Our £6.95 Standard Shipping rate at checkout does not apply to original artworks.
Please be aware that all international orders are subject to the taxes and fees of its destination country. Fount art.textile is not liable for the payment or reimbursement of these fees. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
Textile Products
Our textile products are individually made-to-order from our designers’ studios. This means it may take up to 1-2 weeks for the designers to create the product and ship it directly to you. For domestic orders, our Standard Shipping is £6.95 for Next Day delivery service with either DPD Local or Royal Mail within mainland UK. For international orders (outside Mainland UK), we state that shipping can take 2-3 weeks to allow for any delays in the international exchange between the designer’s studio and the destination. All international orders are sent with a track and sign-for shipping option to ensure you know where your products are every step of the journey.
Returns
Original Artworks and Limited Edition Prints
We understand that purchasing artwork online might feel a bit unfamiliar. We’re here to make the process as sincere and seamless as possible. Each artwork comes with a complimentary seven-day trial period. If you receive your artwork and do not intend to keep it, you can return the artwork for a full refund within seven days of delivery. We ask that the artwork is sent back properly wrapped in its original packaging, in its best condition. Please note that you are responsible for the return packaging and shipping fees for the item. We ask that you please send back the artwork with a trackable shipping service to cover any liabilities whilst in transit.
Textile Products
If you do not wish to keep your textile product, you may return the product within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging. As our textile products are bespoke handmade goods, please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping fees for the item. We ask that you please send back the product with a trackable shipping service to cover any liabilities whilst in transit.
Damaged Goods
If your artwork or textile product arrives damaged due to courier mishandling (i.e. rips/tears/stains on the item from substandard packaging), the buyer will receive a full refund and we will personally take care of the return shipping costs of the item. Please note that we will need valid photographic evidence of the damage to qualify the order for a full refund.
