Behind the Work
“This is an artwork from the “Bicefalia” series, which are portraits of thoughts. I’m attempting to visually describe the psychological bicephalic, a zoological term meaning “to have two heads”. I like delving into the juxtaposition between the physical being of a person and their subconscious thought process - whether that be an internal battle or a simple personal dialogue. There always seems to be two sides pulling in two different directions.”
